Your home may be your largest purchase so why settle for anything less than perfect. Are aim is to highlight issues not picked up by the house builders so you can make sure that what you paid for is what you get.
You have just signed the contracts, been handed the keys and the removal firm is outside with your life packed in little boxes. At what point do you have the time to inspect the house from top to bottom, inside and out?. You dont..
Your builders have been over and told you if you find any issues, give them a call. But why?. You have paid for the house of your dreams.. Their shouldn't be any issues, right?
This is where we come in. On average a new build home we inspect would have between 125-300 defects. That can range from a loose tap to unsafe handrails or leaking roofs. We are here to find the issues so they can be addressed by the builders before they get worse.
So when is the best time to have a new house inspected.
Ideally before you move in, but we can inspect new homes at any point. Some builders will allow pre handover inspections or if needed, we can inspect once you have the keys or inspect after you have moved in. The choice is yours.
